Vinyl shutters should be so much easier to clean than the wood shutters. I know that I just feel like I can be rougher with vinyl that I can ever be with wood. I can also feel more comfortable with putting a damp cloth onto vinyl. I guess that this is just a great over all material. It provides the shade that I need at a good price. I do believe that it is more durable than any material, and I am happy for that. I do not plan to change out my shutters anytime soon. This is an investment for my home that is going to last a long time, and I am pretty sure that the other owners will like it as well. It is often hard for me to decide what the right hardware is for my home, but when it comes to shutters, I know that this is the only answer for me.
